Human IK and local rotation axis problems


Is anyone else having issues in both Maya 2012 and Maya 2013 with the Human IK skeleton generator aligning the LRA to world space after doing any of the following: 1) saving edits, 2) renaming the definition, 3) mirroring from left to right.

This unbelievably frustrating and I am wondering if I’m doing something wrong here or if this is a serious bug they need to fix.
