So I want to be able to do the radiating color circles from this video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_bti9v89DOU. I have talked to some people already and they said it would be easiest to do in after effects. The modelling of the buildings is already done. Just need to be able to make the circles and have them hit a boundary point and stop. Any ideas and thoughts are welcome. Thanks.
