How to detach surface?


I try to detach nurbs surface (like detach in maya)
how to do?


Not sure with nurbs - I only use Polys… Does Extract work? Keep or Delete? Or do you need Disconnect Components?

Kind of a pain, but I think you need to use Modify->Surface Mesh->Snip. Keep the PPG open, then duplicate the surface and toggle off “Keep first surface”.
