How to Copy Image with Clipping Path

I have an image with a clipping path and I need to copy it with the clipping path into another document.

How is that done? I can’t seem to copy the path with the image.

I’m using PS CS4 Extended

I would always copy them separately.

i.e: deselect your path, copy>paste the image you want, then select the path (in the ‘Paths’ tab) & copy>paste.

If there’s a way to do both at once I’d definitely be interested!

Select both image and clipping path (with shift+click or ctrl+click) and drag them to the other document.

I don’t see the problem, just select both in the layers palette (use shift+click or ctrl+click) and drag them to the other document.
