Long time since I’ve posted here…
I just finished a mini-series on how compiling C++ plug-in’s for Maya works.
This is aimed at a general audience spanning from people who know nothing of C++ but want to use some of the Open Source node libraries out there to people learning C++ who want to know more about what is going on and how to get over errors/hurdles.
This is meant to be a bit longer lasting than the average blog post with a list of canned instructions that pops up every other year.
Hopefully someone still follows these boards and can sticky this if they find it worthy of attention.
