How i do this shader?


i tried to do x-ray matrails; but this one is completly different any help how can i do this shader?

It looks like a reflection of the environment that’s actually controlling the colors. Have you tried a very reflective surface with an animation pattern on a dome for the reflection. The text is perhaps textured with a luminant surface that puts out it’s own light, but the rest looks like a reflection to me.
