hi guys, i want to know how do they do this effect: (reverse engeneering mode on)

the shot where the drop falls (6") and the image gets like painted and deformed with colored ink.

You could film a drop of black ink or color on a white ground, then use it as a mask to reveal the image of the girl(which is probably a luma mask on a mix of colors) and unblurring it at the same time.
Add a little bump by multiplying a slightly transparent texture of wet paper could help too.

If you can’t shoot the ink by yourself, there are place where you can buy stuff like this(Videocopilot.net, artbeats,getty images).
