Hey there. I have a camera track from SynthEyes that I’ve imported into Vue. There I created a scene with it and now I want to work with that scene in Nuke.
Now the scene in Vue is much larger (meaning more vast) than the original camera track from SynthEyes (which was shot indoors), so I can’t just import the camera track from SynthEyes to Nuke. The Vue scene extends far further into the background and using the track from SynthEyes without a reference from Vue of where the background objects are won’t let me know where I need to place my cards in Nuke to project those background things onto.
What would you suggest I do? I never before used any workflow like that and I feel like the solutions that come to my mind are stupid and/or unnecessarily complex (like doing a Nuke matchmove of a primitive render of the Vue scene in animation).
