How do I change the order of NURBS curves in Blender 2.6.1?

In the 2.4x version of blender, you can change the order of the NURBS curves in the “curve tools panel”, but here in the 2.6x versions, there is no such panel. So how do I achieve this in the current version?

Select the curve and look in its Active Spline settings
