How do i add a movie to my portfolio

I have only recently become a member at cgsociety… and although i am enjoying my experience i have a few problems…

first i can’t figure out how to upload a movie to my portfolio… i have seen it been done on someone elses porftolio so it must be possible to attach a movie or two…

secondly… if you look at this site that i have up of my work… (http://neilf01.carbonmade.com/projects/2567531) you will see that i can click on a next button that scans through my portfolio… and i am wondering why my portfolio doesnt have next arrows so that people can just click the next image button and quickly go through my whole porftolio…

please can you get back to me on these… and help me make my portfolio right…
