How could I successfully paste a narrow shape image?

I’ve finished an image but it’s so regretted when the length is reached to the maximum 1600pix, meanwhile the height is only 270pix, so many details lost.(the original image is about 30000pix wide with all details clear)

I know images can not appear in forum with great loss of details …

Is there any way I could show image in the forum?
