how can i make blood realisticly?

Hihaitz. The thing is if you are gonna make an animation or just a picture. If you´re thinking in particles you should need an animation. XSI particles should do the work. Fluid shader is good enough to make this task I think. Or maybe you should go trough realwave but the pipeline is a little bit hard. If I be you I will try with XSI fluid shader and dont forget the reflection node on the render tree to make some nice reflection ans maybe an hdri.

See the example in the simulation section of netview on mixing paint… the paint fluid sim should be a good place to start for blood sim.
