How can I attach a polygon object to 4 others with different edge count per side


I am trying to connect 4 finger shaped objects to a hand shaped hand/palm the fingers have 6 vertices on top and the hand has around 11, I assume I can create a vertice for the fingers connecting 2 edges then I would have a parallel edge, how can I join 2 parallel edges in the same object? or how could I attach each finger?

You need the fingers and the top of the palm to have matching vertex pairs, then just target weld:


I supose I can try to create some connection from the side of the palm and the and the back of the hand, no? then my question is how can i create a bridge between them?
