The k4200 is a waste of money unless you absolutely need something like HW stereo in Linux and so on. Get a GTX.
1000W PSU is likely overkill. A dual 2630 with a 4200 would probably work fine with a decent 600W
- 1000W remains overkill for anything short of a dual CPU dual SLI setup.
Dual h80 cooling for CPUs that can’t be OCed much might be a few wasted bucks, but nothing much. Do make sure they fit and that you have a case with decent placement for the radiators if you go that way.
Dual CPU is, for most people not great value for money, plenty threads about that. It might or might not be worth it for you, but usually a good i7 single CPU for work with a rendering mule around it is better bang for buck. Consider the options.
Single CPU, better clocked and more cored Xeons are also likely a better investment if you can afford Xeons.
Also don’t give the CPU specs, give the model if you want advice. There might be several 2.6 with 15M options for people to dig up.
Given the mobo I assume 2x E5-2630, they are decent value for money of all xeons, but it will be a much slower computer than an OCed 4930k in any task that doesn’t thread out decently (most of rendering if the engine doesn’t suck and a good chunk of dynamics) and generally slower than most wider and better clocked single CPU xeons.
All in all not a great build IMO, but if you really want a dual CPU and know the actual pros and cons of it then at least upgrade the videocard to a better option.
