Hi guys, I will keep this short and simple as I am still quite new to Houdini.
I am having a weird issue when I create a sphere in Houdini, and rename it, when I go to make another sphere the previous one disappears.
Does anyone know why this is happening? Its driving me bonkers, Its has happened in 3 versions of houdini 13, for win 7, 64bit

Try resetting your preferences my renaming your houdini13.0 directory to something else in your user directory before starting Houdini.
I gave that a go but with no luck. I have also tried uninstalling and re installing latest version of ‘Houdini apprentice v13’ but this did not help the issue. Is this perhaps a known issue other people are getting also, or is it just me?
Note sure since you really haven’t given much details about your setup. I’d try posting on the forums at sidefx.com
I have posted it as a bug with sidefx maybe I will try posting to their forum also.
Setup wise I’m using win 7 64 bit on Intel i7 3.5ghz, 16gb 1600, 256 ssd on 3 monitor setup with 670gtx 2gb. I can’t imagine it would be a performance issue unless the class of gpu has something to do with it since it’s not work class.
