I’ve been reading through the Topics Suggestions and noticed there have been some great ideas that have been left in the dust. Most people (understandably) don’t read the 20 pages before posting, so I compiled a list of all the suggestions. I’ll try to keep it updated as best I can, so as long as people keep suggesting, this thread should stay towards the top as a quick reference point to previous suggestions.

It is my intention that this thread be used as a HMC topic voting thread. Look at the topics and write down which ones you like. seriously, there are 70 topics there, an average of 6 weeks per topic, a maximum of 9 per year, so thats at least 7 years worth so far …:eek:

Now some are similar in category, and some may not work well, so the list could be condensed down to about 30 - 40, split 50/50 between organic/hard surface still gives a few years worth …

and a teapot challenge gives the Max users an unfair advantage …:applause:

Again, none of these sound like “the list” ie. Roberto’s list. I know transformers (not organic) was on it.

my vote would have to be for a 3d recreation of a Salvador Dali painting, sounds really interesting imo

I’m not sure if “the list” was anywhere specific, or just a bunch of random comments on random threads that caught people’s attention. I remember the 80’s challenge was just thrown out in the open and Roberto jumped on it like a ferret on a mouse. Sometimes, you just can’t pass up awesome ideas.

I assume that you can’t really plan too far ahead. The passing of time and rise of events can often dictate what the next challenge could be.
