HMC #31 - Pixar Tribute - Buzz Lightyear

Hi there Guys and Girls :slight_smile:

My name is Levan and this is my first try in HMC and I’ve decided to create one of my favourite characters from Toy Story, Buzz LightYear. I’ve loved this character since I first so him and I’ll do my best to make it look as it deserves !

After looking through the web and watching all the Toy Story parts over and over again, I’ve collected some reffs and I was ready to begin. :slight_smile:

I’ve started out modeling legs first so here is the WIP.

Sorry for delay guys as I was very busy at work.

I’m going to start modeling the upper body tonight which is quite difficult to get the right shapes of it.

Very, Very nice start. I love your modeling…he looks so smooth, and your rendering at this stage is simply fantastic. Really gives us a good look at your work!

Nice… My comment would be that the jaw should be wider than the forehead… your overall shape is a little square compared to the reference photo… (but i’m probably talking for nothin as you are in the work process)
