Modeled several items from the art materials list this weekend. Hopefully I will be done with this category by the end of this week, if not sooner.

Thank you God of Zilla, and yes I do plan on modeling 30 models, maybe even more than that if I have the time. Today I modeled a calligraphy pen and a french wood easel. Will have more models to post up soon.

There are some really cute erasers out there and I thought it would be fun to model the one that looks like a hamster (eraser). I also added a couple of regular erasers too.

Should have the last of the art materials tomorrow, it is a wooden puppet. In the mean time I modeled an iPhone.

Just finished the last item from the “art materials” list, a wooden puppet. I modeled a toy soldier from a photo I saw on the internet and modifed it to look more like a puppet. I have also posted the images I used as reference.
I think my next model will be a light house.

Great job on every model lucycat!
And really fast too!
But I think by ‘wooden puppet’ Roberto meant ‘wooden mannequin’, this last one fits the art table theme.
Thanks for the feedback the-woz. You may be right about the wood puppet so I modeled an art wood mannequin. It fits better with the art materials. Thanks again.

Thanks frebell, I enjoyed modeling the light house. Was very busy today so I only had time to model a coffee mug.

I thought it would be fun to model one of the toys on my desk, so I modeled Blue Lion from the Voltron Cartoon show back in the 80’s. I have had this toy for a long while now, and I think it is the perfect time to model it.

Thanks for the feedback Colorina, your models are really coming along too.
Modeled an electric scooter from the vehicle category. Did not do much modeling this weekend, but I will do more this week.

A few months ago I modeled, rigged and animated a wasp and several other insects for an online game, http://www.legendofnara.com/. When I saw the list of insects I thought of modeling a wasp again. Wasps are fun to model.
For this challenge, I modeled the wasp from scratch and used reference from the internet.

Forgot to mention, the detail on the wings of the wasp are modeled too. Never modeled wings like that, so I thought it would be nice to model than to texture.
