Pretty much finished with my base model, just wanted it to divide evenly in zbrush.

#4

Update on Buffy, she is kinda sorta starting to look like a woman.

#5

Tweaked the proportions some more, and am starting to work on the underlying bone structure of her head. Her arms are to long at the moment and the hip area is off as well.

#6

I would also add some more meat to the front of her legs. If you get a chance go to the gym and look at some of the hard bodies in there and see how their bodies flow. Her clavicle could be pushed back. Keep up the good work.

#7

@ DAnconia thanks for the feedback both were very valid points

#8

Buffy update face looks manly, I may just focus on that for a while until I get the likeness down.

#9

I put in some tips and pointers to help a brotha out. Check your proportions. The bottom of the fourth line should be where her pelvis ends. Also extend the neck to give that that feminine feel. The face i am sure you will fix as it does look manly. Keep posting.

#10

@danconia thanks again you are helping a lot. I do have a question when you say extend the neck, when I read it i think make it longer, but in your image you have making it narrower which is what I did.

So here is the update its getting better, the face is really off still. Feel like I am putting in more time then results shown which sucks but going to keeping banging on it.

#11

Thanks man. Glad i can help.

Yeah extend and slim the neck. When i think of a woman’s neck its long and slender. Might want to work on the jaw bone joint a bit more. Square it off and smooth out the face some more. The female face has little, if any, rendering on it. Just smooth shapes flowing into each other. Also bring in the cheeks some more to give it that slim face look. Ill post some wip images i have tonight on my character so you can see what i am talking about. If i get enough done ill post another pic with some corrections if you like?

Keep posting!

#12

Oh and mask off the hips then rotate them forward slightly. I always forget to do that but really gives that feminine feel immediately.

#13

@dAnconia masking the hips and rotating them forward helped, and thanks for the feedback again, I think shes starting to look little more she like now.

Upadate on Buffy I think if you watched a Buffy marathon got drunk in the process and then saw my model you may think it looks like Buffy for a few seconds now. In other words a little better but needs a lot more work.

#14

Hope this helps a brotha out!

#15

@dAnconia thanks again was helpful, some of it I didn’t do because I don’t think it works for buffy’s look, but most of it was very helpful

#22

Had some things that came up that prevented me from posing her and all to get a legit entry so just posting an update here instead…I think she turned out alright, still want to work on her a bit but here is where she is at.
