perhaps its still too early to give critiques, but he can have some volume for his smile line (besides the nose - near the cheek) … sorry i dunno what it’s called in english and dunno what’s the muscle name either
other than that its good stuff so far, keep going 
Southparx:thanks for the advice, i dunno if I’ll tweak that exactly part in Zbrush or model this in XSI… and if you have a picture of the muscle to guide me …i’ll appreciate that

*fixed the Waist area, the shoulder Pad and some details on the face.
I 'm thinking to export this model to Zbrush, to already start some details and texturing…

after a good critic that i took from a friend, I started over the polypaint process…and finished the detailing in zbrush, i wanted to do more , but the deadline is so close… :shrug:
