I have worked with the zebra a little more. I still need much work: the lion’s air and face, enviroment, etc
. I made a test render…

That’s a pretty awesome days worth of work. I loved the pose in your scetches and your getting very close to it.
No kidding! That is absolutely awesome work indeed and all in just a day. Damn! ![]()
So I take it you are going to sculpt the fur instead of making it a hair sim? Are you completely staying in Z with this project?
wow really nice work dude. i like this one alot. your Zbrush work is amazing. i’ll be watching this one!
Hi!!
I have had a little time today to work in the model.
I have decided to make the hair in Zbrush
a little slow but it does not displease to me as it is in some parts. Despite I must work it more.
Also I have thought that both animals are crossing a pool and the lion has mud in the hair
and also in the zone of impact of the kick of the zebra.

TheRazorsEdge…, yes! All the process is done in Zbrush.
Thanks Facepunch! vbmenu_register(“postmenu_4569054”, true);

Last image is a render test in Zbrush.
I really like it so far, one thing that niggles me a bit though is the zebras spine, it seems to bend too much at the shoulders, mebbe try and bring the spine down a tad and perhaps build up the shoulders a little too
so so so BLOODY AWESOME…
although i noticed the lion looked a little “too happy” at one of the renders…lol…
but i guess you could say his got a very good reason to be
wow this is by far one of my favorites! modeling is excellent. how are you texturing like that? is a type of paint? looks great dude.
WOW! looks awsome! greate work - i will wach the progress with full interest!
keep it up and good luck!
