Hi from Antropus

Hi,

My name is Krishnamurti M. Costa aka Antropus and I’m a 33 year old Brazilian self-taught CG artist. In the last year I worked as character animator for “The Barnyard” (2006), a feature CG movie written and directed by Steve Oedekerk and distributed by Nickelodeon Movies/Paramount Pictures. I’m currently employed at CafeFX, a Visual Effects studio in California USA responsible for some cool effects for movies like Sin City, Panic Room, Hulk, HellBoy, The Aviator, Armageddon, Sky Captain among others. I’m waiting to get my O-1 visa renewed before I can start to work there.

I started to work with Computer Graphics about 12 years ago. Three years ago, after winning the 4 main prizes in Anima Mundi Festival (the biggest animation festival in Latin America) as animator and art director, I started to work in another short-movie called “SenzaAzione”, still in progress, as a personal project. In 2004 I won the 3D main prize on CGTalk / CGNetwork’s “MachineFlesh Challenge”. I’m also known by my tutorial series published in my website and also in some online CG resources. Hmmmm, Krishnamurti M. Costa - when i hear that name i begin drooling emidiately like a Pawlow dog. :slight_smile: You’re one of my All-Time Classics. (and the list is not long)
I love your ZBrush work. Your Plumber Character (and his facial rig) is incredible. I hope you will do some more with him in the Future. Nice to have you here and please watch the final Torero that will released by me in a few days. (When you have the time)
