Hi All

Hi all,

My name is Andrew and today, I finished my first year at the New England Institute of Art. I am majoring in Multimedia and Web Design. So far it’s been great and I am amazed at how much I have learned.

Oh, I'm a complete beginner at Photoshop (but that's what summer is for), but I am loving messing around with Illustrator.

Thanks,

Andrew

Coo man Congrats on finishing the first year! I’m in my first year of school too (art institute of seattle) and damn it’s hard… no so much the work itself… just getting to the work
Keep up the learnin’!

Much appreciated, thanks. Yeah, the dorms at my school are about eleven miles away, it really seems pointless.

Nice, one of my friends was taking that, and in his first semester he decided that the computer science part of college was really boring. So he is now with me at NEIA taking animation.

hehe… the school “dorms” are pretty close to the school, but i’m not willing to pay that much. The a-holes decided to locate the school on downtown waterfront. The housing down there is way too expensive. I get a lot more by living a few miles away… the students down there pay like 700 a month each to live with each other in a small studio… I pay 700 (350 for my 1/2) to live with my girlfriend in a pretty big 2 bedroom

Man, its amazing how different the prices of housing is depending on what state you are in. Since my dorms are so far away I’m living in a condo with three other roommates. We are paying about 550 each!
