This is the flag of the Heltian Empire.
Removed from Earth by the Vigorians in the distant past as a conservation effort, the Heltians have been genetically altered by the Vigorians and forced to serve as cannon fodder in an ancient war against a reptilian species bent on cleansing the galaxy of all humanoid species.
Now, bearing little resemblance to their progenitors the Neanderthals, Heltians leverage their genetically enhanced physiques and intellect along with technology gleaned from their former masters in a aggressive campaign of expansion and conquest.
