Could you please help me with a problem with VUE 6 I have the minimum requirements to run it and never had the problem on my other computer that is three years old. The is the message I keep getting "error writing animation frame.Please make sure you have sufficient disk space for animation, and that the file is not open in another application" Another application is never open and this is the specs I have on my computer.
120gb hard drive
1gig of memory
250 nvidia graphic card.
Vue might be trying to write into a folder that have incorrect permissions?
The error that Vue is giving you is not Vue’s fault; it’s reporting a Windows error. It is unable to write the file for some reason, and the error code it gets from Windows is a “disk full” message… so it throws up the “no available space” error.
Sometimes Windows can be fooled by deep file structure with long file names. Try putting the render folder in the root directory (example: d:\Vuerender) and keep the filenames within reason for the renders (ex: landscp01-0001.tga)
I got this and it turned out i needed to up date my graphics card drivers. If that doesnt work then you need to up date to a graphices card that is supported.
