Help with trackin

Hi everyone, I’m currently working on a video where I have to track the cast’s sunglasses, so I can insert objects onto them, but I’m having a lot of challenges. I’m using monet to track, so I’ll be grateful if I can get any tutorial link or technique to complete this operation, Thank you.
