help!!!???? with progress bars in .swf

Does anyone know how to create a slider bar in a flash movie that also display in realtime the position and duration of the movie??? or if you know of a good tutorial somewhere

it can only control the _parent timeline, so if you use MovieClips they won’t react. i think it works if you use graphics though
