Hi,
I really need the material exactly similar to the following image. Any idea?

Help needed Creating the Plastic material
One of the most important things for any refractive/reflective objects is to make sure you have a full scene to refract/reflect. This can be done by a few methods:
-
Modeling/texturing/shading a bunch of stuff (Not recommended unless you NEED to*)
-
Get an image to use for image based lighting and reflections/refractions. Find them online all over the place. HDRI for image based lighting. $$$$$ This is the way to go! $$$$
-
I ran out of ideas because #2 was so good.
Mental Ray mia_material_X has some material presets that could get you rolling with plastic as well.
As for the specifics of your reference image it seems like there is some weird CG-ish stuff going on with that ‘plastic’. Maybe a little facing ratio something.
You can plug the facing ratio output of a sampler info node into the vCoord of a ramp texture. Then plug this into the additional color of the mia_material and season to taste to attain that weird xray/edge glowy stuff that is going on there.
