help me with skin

I incredibly adore models from The Witcher 3. And for a month or more I try to make beautiful and realistic faces in a blender, but I can not. Here is an example to which I aspire, and my examples too. Tell me how to improve the appearance of the face? (I know about the eyes, but how can I make the skin better # 1077. Study lighting, the primary thing that from those 2 images sticks out to me is that the skin is for the most part fine, at least as it stands now. But the eyes are kinda dead, in the second image its a little better but it does show that the lighting setup probably isn’t too good, and perhaps the eye shader could use some work too.
