Help fo color per vertex (CPV) data to your polygonal meshes


Can any please tell wats the procedure for getting color per vertex (CPV) data to polygonal meshes
and apply that data to a shader properly

I cant find a good detailed tutorial after stuggling long searching in net

Actually i am doing a sea in hot ocean plugin and want to render the output in vray

this is sample video in which he created the ocean . But i dnt understand the term eigen value e , and dont know how to create it!
Can any pls tell wat tis deal abt and how to use create this “eigenvalue
