Well,

 Just thought I would say hi since I have been lurking for quite a while now. I have mostly worked with Avid (video) and anything Adobe. I am in the U.S. Navy and don't have alot of time, cash, or access to other programs but I am feeling the pull towards CG. Anyways, happy to be able to contribute to the site and thanks for all the knowledge you unknowingly gave me.
