As a new member to this impressive arena of collective art talent I would like to say hello to everyone. I have joined CGSociety to elevate my idea of quality digital art. I must say, the displays of amazing member contributions has simply humbled opinions of my own work. Even my best work would look silly on display here. I am actually a hobbyist in digital art and not seeking employment as a serious professional like many here are. My meager experience is with somewhat lightweight tools like Poser, Vue Infinite, and Cinema 4D. I occupy most of my time with a day job as a technical specialist in the Information Technology Department of a large utility company. The better part of remaining time is spent raising my family. What little time is left I expend in digital art as a relaxing hobby.
Despite my lack of professional abilities in this area, I still have a passion for it nonetheless and hope some of the magic here can rub onto my growth as a digital artist. I am hoping the surrounding magic of quality at this site will elevate my work to someday be worthy of display here.
