Mr. Robert this time I tried to put some fat under the skin, I think the mission was failed in the right arm =S but I continue improving.

Critiques are very wellcome, and thanks in advance!

You have a lot of anatomy/figure issues that would require you to do a lot of studying in order to correct. While pointing them all out in this one image would perhaps help you correct some of them, that is a temporary fix, as the next image you work on will again have its own list of glaring problems. The only remedy is to seriously study anatomy/figure, work from life, as well as use proper references. You should read this: http://forums.cgsociety.org/showthread.php?p=7242955

Other things to think about:

-The face isn’t a flat plane with features pasted on. The face is three-dimensional and has skeletal structure, and you need to understand the structure of the face.

-What is the story here? What are you trying to express? Why should your audience care? What do you want your audience to feel and think about when they look at this piece of work? Does this image have any meaning? What is its purpose? What does this image say about your creative vision as an artist?

-Does it makes sense to have a warrior totally nude? Don’t warriors need protection such as armor? Don’t they need protection from the weather and environment?
