Hasp error (-10)

Hi, I can`t use the new release of messiah Studio workstation 2.5b already.
I have a license and my dongle attached to my laptop, but when I try to open the application, there is an error message, << Hasp error (-10) >>

I just donwloaded the latest version of the driver, but this error persist …
What`s the matter? I can´t open my previous version (2.5) too.
