@Geta-Ve: i too liked the old face but it just didn’t fit with the pose i switched to…lol…i’ve tried thinning out the cheeks a bit to fix up the puffiness…will have pics later on…
i’m currently posing the hands for goku and vegeta…the convenient thing is that it seems they both have the same poses on their hands…one hand is a fist and the other is posed…so that should make my job easier…lol
will have some updates later on…
okay so here we are…goku is as good as finished… :bounce: just a few minor tweaks here and there but he is essentially done…its such a long time since i’ve actually finished a model such as this…its a good feeling…
i didn’t end up redoing the hair because at the angle its at…and with the new face…i kinda like how it looks…
okay vegeta is as good as done as well now…also got a render of the 2 models together…
Vegeta’s hand looks perfect now.
This is no slam on your modeling because you’re doing a great job robo but seeing them in 3D like this the characters themselves look so ridiculous. Still love the show though. 
Man, at the end of this your gonna have to animate them, we wont let you get away with just a still… The work is way too cool.

Not bad, not bad at all. If that’s your first attempt at compositing then you’ve got me beat. Mine was quite laughable.

otherwise i’m super super happy with how it looks…and my ideas for the packaging should be awesome if i can work them out…

right…well I haven’t posted any updates lately because we haven’t had the internet for a few days (some fibre optic cables got cut somewhere) and I’ve been busy with other work. But I should be able to get something done today, maybe some work on the packaging…that might be fun…
@razeverius: lol…i haven’t even had a chance to look at them in the last week between work and switching rooms around in our house (new bedroom ftw) but since theres only 4 days left I think I might scrap my packaging idea and just focus on finishing up the models and bases ready for the final entry…
I’ve been watching a lot of DBZ recently as well and I’m getting mighty inspired to do more once this challenge is over so keep an eye out for it…
