I’ve been a freelance conceptual artist and illustrator for the past 3.5 years. Designed all manner of goodies- vehicles, objects, characters and environments for a number of projects including the upcoming SG-1 Stargate-Alliance FPS and currently working on Age of Conan - Hyborian MMOG adventures with Funcom. Additionally, I was the lead environment conceptual artist on another unreleased MMOG a few year’s ago. And if you weren’t absolutely minb-numbingly bored already I’ve also done a number of illustrations for clients and worked on two TV ads, including an upcoming ad for a major confectionary company, and another for an electronics company.
I have an unhealthy love of black coffee (my coffee machine is one of my most prized possessions), gnocchi, lone-wolf and baby-cart films, and I always wanted a pet duck as a kid…my parents said no.
I wish I had more time to do my own work - I have a backlog of ideas - but I’m glad to be in the situation where I’m constantly busy however…would actually love to complete a CG challenge one day and submit to expose :S One can dream…sigh Greatest claim to fame - I once discovered the meaning of life but wouldn’t you know it, the pen didn’t work and I couldn’t write it down.
Out to meet like-minded artists here with a GSOH.
