Hi all you creatives out there
It is really great to have the chance to link up with so many talented people who share a passion for cg and visual effects, etc (whether a 2D or 3D - or both type of person).
I originally come from a broadcast design background (motion graphics) in which I’ve worked for eight years, but started getting into concept art and storyboarding a few years ago. Since taking part in the CG Networks Machineflesh Challenge, I’ve had the luck to work on several features and despite as a result not had the time to complete later challenges, am really thankful to the CG Talk team for setting up such a great site and helping me start working as a Concept artist.
Keep on posting all the truly inspirational work - and would welcome any advice and tips from those working in the industry - also be good to hear from those of you in the UK - there must be a few of you out there!!
