right on, thanks for the props. Yes there is going to be a ton of details to flesh out …im sure ill be braindead before its over. Of course im gonna cheat it with low res stuff in the background but still got a lot of work…good luck
Grand Space Opera 3D Entry: sean o. wilson
I like the tower/building structure. Keep jamming, you are quite speedy. I am still working out my story concepts.
right on, everything is in its most simplistic stage of development at this point. all i’m working with is lowpoly box models to move fast and layout the conept in waves…each pass takes more time. this first pass took no time at all, but its up hill from here.
dude, you’re so quick even your screen captures have motion blur…
keep up the good work.
nice work i like the first concept, so much. it has too much details in it, if you manage that details in nicely and reality manner you will end up with something we do not expect.
i’ll check this out.:applause:
yea im with ya on the detail…what i would like and what i can render are 2 different things, so im looking for a ballance and some surprises.
That’s REAL big sean! Great start, I like your organic design sense on the architecture.
This is the a climactic scene of the story where the team is trying to escape but is ambushed by hordes of corporate merchs. The chick has hacked into an enemy tank and is firing it back at them. The modified vehicle with jets and a blower in the front is rolling in for the pick up while popping caps for support…
I hat to say, but your whole image could probably be simplified to just your concept sketch of the inland security tower. I think it has more of a presence.
Great work in this thread! I have to agree with neble - the architecture pieces have so much potential in the shapes and combination organic/non-organic. The hacker chick seems a bit more cliche - but it might just be the pose: She doesn’t exactly look like she’s about to hack something. Looking forward to see how this turns out:thumbsup:
Yea im with ya…there are several scenes in my story to choose from, this one takes place on the street…but im still looking for better shots to come down the line.
