Just got caught up on your thread, Pinnamraj, and I have to agree on all the comments concerning the quality of your creature sketches! :slight_smile: I gather you’re using Daniel Rind’s Diffusion shader for the SSS – and getting nice results with it, for that matter. For some of the skin textures, I’d suggest playing around with variants of the DarkTree “toad” texture – possibly with a PS “plastic wrap” for the specular.

Look forward to seeing more, as you’ve got some promising work on display here.

now it will be a while to get started again cos i’m busy with some music video

Hey Pinnamraj

  Just got into the thread and was going thru all ur pages..U seem to be having a gala time on ur concepts. I love the creatures and those plants were really great. The shader is giving it an awsome touch. 

Very sad that ur system got formatted, but I’m sure u’ll jump right back in. My wishes r with u.
Waiting to see what comes out of this finally.
