Why is the city green?
The sky,… why the colors?
I do not quite understand whats going on, is the “orb” in the middle buringing up, or is it crashing into the city.
If you are having trouble creating flame/fire in wings, remeber you CAN use stock images and composite them in. Really adds alot of realism and saves time.

Does your scene “need” a robot?? What is he doing in this comp??
I actually think you should go for a far less humanlike robot,… the humanoid android has been done to death.

You got alot of potencial,… I’ll be keeping on eye on this post.

buena suerte amigo.

Hi,

i don’t understand a lot… but it seems to be original… and work with wings… excellent guy!!
Also, i think that i see a screen from Bryce? I must look at that but i think, you can’t use it… … but need verification.

Otherwise, keep going!!! :buttrock:

#27

after being bussy with the peugot concept car design contest back to the opera

#28

moved work to blender as bryce wasn’t allowed???

#29

added the robot

#30

Nice concept, but the composition is a bit off. Move robby to the left.

Although I like the one from the above better.

Also, I kinda agree with wazar about humanoid robots bein’ done to death, but …

You can’t use any of the parametric parts of Bryce, AFAICR, but for what you want to do, you don’t need them.

#31

i kept left open as i wanted to make a disapearing craft there that just droped its bomb as can be vaguely seen in the first schetch . thx for the comments.

#32

just working on back in bryce as the no undo in blender sucks.

#33

another one

#34

strugling with the material editor in blender never used it before seems diffrent then the ones i know.

#35

vieuw in editor

#36

trying to make a good blast visual

#37

did the background. there’s gold in them hills :stuck_out_tongue:
I hardly get any comment is this so bad??? rendered in blender i learn this app as we go along

#38

Well, it’s not so bad.

But, what you need is a lot more details. The pic in its current state looks very basic.

You’d need volumetric materials from Bryce, better textures and so on.

#39

just looking for ways to add greeble seems greeble is compulsary in an sf render :stuck_out_tongue:

Hi. I read your concept and it is interesting, the robots will be always welcome. I think your have problems with the shapes, for example the building there is only a cube whit holes. if you take a look outsite you will see that there is a lot of details in a building, I think you should work harder in the modeling.

The robot is really cool, he needs some details too but you will better those details with the time. I tell you this becouse your idea its really cool, so for make it as cool in your mind, you have to take your time.

I would like to share my work whit you and I will apreciate any coment, I am workin in a city that is floating in space searching for a new planet to live. It’s geting cool I think, but you should take a look by yourself.

Hope this helps.
