a scene of devistation after a small fighter craft destroyed the main info processing plant in robo world.
Looking good ysvry, are you going to build it pristine and then wreck it, or use the model as the basis for creating the destruction? I don’t know about Wings but I think I’d go for drawing a smashed in wall as a splineand then extrude, rather than using primitives. I also think that you should have a human survey team looking at the damage. That’s simply because robots don’t get much sympathy from viewers. Best of luck anyway.
thx stoat i was thinking off adding only robots i could make them big breasted and in rubber suits to make them more sympathic :applause: ill do an rough shape of the building then add cracks etc. wings doesnt have splines so i have to use the connect tool wich is quite handy.
good to see some wings action going on here … doin a nice job boxing it all out for starters ![]()
i kinda went “hmmmmmmm” on the big-breasted robots in rubber suits … but hey, it made me smile …
… if you got a vision, then go for it
If you’re going to build a robot anyway you might as well have what you want. I’m still debating. I know that images with characters get more attention than ones without. I have never tried to model a human before. Maybe a robot or at least a spacesuit might be a workable solutiuon. A robot might be even better because you can change the anatomy enough to prove that it wasn’t a manipulated poser character.
