Marco Ferro has entered the Grand Space Opera 3D.

Well, my first entry.

Tell me your thoughts, please.

What you’ve posted looks great- the textures and light look great, and it does have a ‘big’ feel to it. Its hard to say what to do with it at this stage though, since i have no idea what you plan to put in it :P.

I like the general blocking and sense of distance. I think that the textures could be better and a more interesting focal point. It seems lacking a bit in the interest department. Just my 2 cents.

I agree with qwatkins…the sense of distance is nice.

To add scale, you may want to add something familiar…lights representing windows on the structures or airplanes/spaceships flying by.
If it’s more of an industrial type city, maybe add some crane type structures.

Just some suggestions…
Great start!!!

Hi Sidchagan! -
Thx for you comment. Well, I was afraid, that noone would reply to my post.
But it seems that my work is not as bad as I thought. There are soo many very, very good works there. I was looking for a real professional 3D-Community, and I think I found it now!

Til next time!

On this scen I tried to give my Scene more “life” -

Every single geometrie was created (Box-modeled) on my own.
