Grand Space Opera 3D Entry: Julien Daulte

#241

Hi,

thats looking absolut great, very nice Image and Scene!!
I think it´s a little bit dark maybe… but in this way it becomes more atmosphere.

How about to increase the light from the fire a bit in the front of the image, so that some near objekts, maybe the small building on the right is a bit lighten up and colored in red? Just a thought.

But don´t let you irritat! Your work is grand & i love it
100% Vote by me

See U

Hi Alexander… thanks o much for your comments yep I think that is a things to do. :bounce: Really appreciated !
About darkness… I work using a mac so all looks fine for me. But I suppose that for Windows user the image is really darker als I can show… Any comment about darkness or loosless of some details are really wellcome.

got to work :wip:

Hi Julien…well looks like you have gone full circle.Great to see you have achieved a finished idea, and done it quite nicely.Congrats to you…

My only siggestion for that last touch would be to give the lower portions a touch more light…As for the sky I think you have achieved your perfect light source…

See you again when you show us the final…very nice effort and great to see you have finished (Almost  ) something more than 2000 people set out to do but could not…Best to you and good luck…:arteest:

Actually I didn’t change any levels or contrast on the image. Now that I have the grass I will work on the enlightment of the building and adding some lights efx…

any comment is really wellcome

Could you please make a ship be landing close to you in the foreground over the blank area between the building and the camera with some cool lighting effects… I know may be to much to late, but I just couldn’t help but wanting to bring the ships closer to look at them… Keep it up man, good job so far!

#247

I think too that a big thing at the foreground will be better in your compo… a ship or another thing… that add more depth to your picture… quick man… the end is near now

#248

Here different small things were corrected and I added some burned area on the right building…

#249

Here the layer with the one I enanche my fire lighting fx

#250

With this layer I add some small movement blur efx

Hey Julien… your pic comes really better… one remark… don’t forget to lightened the inside part of the flying left ship… inside parts of it are certainly iluminated by the fire… and like that… certainly better to see well this dark ship in front of this dark building, no ? and for the “bouffe”… no soucy  Champagne !
