you’re well on your way…

I really like the dropship design, you have a good grasp on mechanics and it shows in your MF entry and in this dropship too

it looks very believable

Great Dropship! Your mechanicals are very believable.

#354

A Close up of a portion of the sky maTT so far…

Some tweeking Work over the last couple hours on a portion of the sky map…going for a very surreal like sky…one portion of a canvas 8000 pixiez by 3500 pixiez (or somethin like that)…finishing up painting of a “burning” planet here now…had some time over vacation to work on this painting on my handy little laptop…wich is good… :argh:

#355

sky matt progress comming up…still some small touch ups need be done…but happy with the progress so far…any CC’s…

#356

Like I said …had some time to work on this over vacation…just finished painting in the planets today…any comment ?

#357

any chance on an update from your side
oh yes im working on…:wip:

…about the sky i think is looking great the only little crit is that maybe is too saturated with stars…i think u can make some of them a bit transparent and mayb u can create some brand news stars and contelations visible up there…

but is looking very great…

#358

• Hello again Jeremy! one suggestion: Try to Make the transition of the sky bigger, the blue sky contrast too much with the black space, I think is too cloudy, but you are in the best position to see where you are going

• You may also try a much more chaotic sky, just to make the scene more dramatic, maybe a red and purple sky with some far away black clouds and some lighting or rain in the distance, a couple of light rays filtering through the clouds would also give more strenght to the battle scenario

• I hope my suggestion can be helpfull Jeremy

#359

Ypu know what Climax I think you are right…I got carried away painting on this thing while I was on vacation and kinda lost my direction with the way of the battle and all…I think that it needs to be less…ummm…expansive…if that makes sense…I think a “storm” would just kick but here…that’s a great Idea…and I thank you for leading me down the right road…peace…

#360

Yes… totally in agreement with Climax… the contrast between the 2 zones is too hard… and the mood need a dominant color…

But I think your way is very good… At this time, I never think a true good solution to make sky+stars like that…
Good Idea and good way
