camera angle changed, water added. Don’t know if I"m going to keep water or make it drop off. a bridge over a huge gap might be kinda cool… dunno haha
water needs work but any suggestions and the what not so far?
Well, first thing I’m entering here. Gonna try it in Blender… else that fails I’ll try it in Maya… whichever gives better results! (prolly Maya but I don’t remember much bout that anymore :P)
I’ve already gotten started on sketches and done a wee touch of modelling, but I have to scan the sketches! Since those are part of the rules. Once they’re scanned everything I’ve done to that point… (like 3 things LoL) will be put up.
For those who know me from Blender… this is not going to be my usual 5 minute work… I’m actually bringing my laptop to work for this thing! so I’m spending lots of time on it!
Idea–bridge… some fools… and a ton of badness coming their way.
plus I’ll try and show why they can’t just fly over those fools or “teleport” or something to the location. 
ok, this was a quick sketch showing roughly what the scene is to look like. Bridge, the hero’s at the end of the bridge, and the background with all the badness coming their way.
I began modelling the bridge. THis shot is showing the bricks, which are done using good old dupliverts. Being that the finished scene won’t be showing all the detail in bricks… I’m not going to spend too much time on it.
