Same texturing and lighting

Hi there
As I´ve only found time to watch pictures, these things might have been said allready.
First of all, those are nice designs, all of them. Your cruisers are better than the fighters, but all very great. I love the scale sense in your cruisers, they look enormous.
Now some thoughts

More spec. in all of your textures, they look a little flat. Maybe round some of your sharp angles, to get some lightning effect here, would put more depth to the models.

More energy in the engines(mainly observed in the last submission). I think they should produce lights in a bigger scale, also affecting the overall model lightning. As if they were almost about to make lens flares (know what I mean?:))

I don´t know if it´s because this is just testing, but you should work with the lights. i.e. the explosions seems to not produce lights at all. More dark areas, and more lit areas(more contrast).
I hope you can use this, as it´s just my opinion. But I think your model designs deserves more advanced lightning. Because they are so great and detailled.

Now thats what I call huge ships for battle scenes :)… The modelling is superb and everything is just simply great. All of the fighters are simply inspiring! I wish you are atleast one of the top 5 :). Keep it up!
