Hi, Chantelle, I think the new camera angle is an improvement, but you seem to be just ever so slightly off on your implementation of the “law of thirds,” with the dark celiling taking up a little too much of the composition. (The strong horizontal lines make this particularly evident.) Anyway, I very much like your lighting adjustments, as it makes the eye really hone in on the key components of your scene. Nice progress!

I think your prespective is short selling you. Right now it seems just to passive…
I would like to feel like Im there between the characters overhearing this epic dialogue which will decide the fate of the universe.
In my mind I see a large assembly of character there as all, stupidfond by the artifact.
Well keep up the good work.
A rough model of one of the smaller ships.
“This vessel uses sound as its primary weapon. Once travelling close enough to the planet, the ship can use sound vibrations to annihilate entire planets.”
not scientifically correct, but who cares
wow…
thats very cool model Chantelle… i mean that “smaller ship”… very original design…
keep it up… you work is going to be very cool…![]()
cheers…
Nice progress on the smaller ship and the room shot is an interesting take on this theme Chantelle…keep at it…:arteest:
Had to bring the lil’ cousins out to trick-or-treating. I didn’t get to do much at all today, except some “feather-light modelling” and re-arranging objects in the scene.
the lights are still from the old concept scene.
no bad at all!! ![]()
this is coming up nicely!!
maybe it’s a bit early to say this but be care of not giving too much reflection (if at all) to the walls and the objects…it gives a somewhat strange impression.
keep it up! :buttrock:
thanks for your crits
I know I’m most definetly going to change the walls… but what to put there is the question. I guess the next thing would be concept art for more details on the exterior, some fleet ships, and the ‘mother ship.’ while pruning and sculpting the room
