greentek: crisis is over, so now make your skydeamon finished:twisted: And your santa bush nicolaus looks better than the previous one:)

kntemplar: thanks for your comment, as a matter of fact those greebles were maid wuth the idea of some mecha-organic structures. But yes, I will decrease the amount.

Lelantos: My lazy bear now starts the next step as duirng the night this terrain was rendered:twisted:

terraarc: yes, tweaking session was successful, now there will be tweaking day for my background and composition:bounce:

Virtuoso: thanks my friend! It has become my obsession or even love… I want to finish this on time! It will be my second thing to my portfolio… not too much of it, but than I can make many pictures out from this material:) And what is most importand I’m learning a lot here!
To all beginners: take part in such events like this one! the profit is amazing!

#403

Yes exactly…do them as nice as can be,as they can be seperate pieces later down the road, you can show WIP’s and then finished versions…your portfolio is growing, and the next stop will be of your choosing…Keep the passion and the love…:arteest:

#404

Very nice vehicles…but the background planet is G R E A T!!! :scream:

#405

YEs, now it looks better. I understand that there are a few layers of the mountains in the backgourd? Very nice tweaking, I’m waiting for next show ups!

#406

now you have a nice avatar greentek :),
don’t worry , be happy…and merry christmas…

and nice progress arturro in your work , great!..

#407

#408

Virtuoso: yap, will keep it, and will finish this one!

-OZ-, graga & gulliver3: thanks guys, I’m doing my best:)

#409

Hi there Artur!
Damn bro, now this scene has one huge amount of polys and looks great btw  Great job here!

#410

Yap, more details soon… I have modelled some stones and rocks, and it’s rendering now… bloody heacy scene, but I turned on my disk as a additional RAM:)

#411

Yap, max crashed a few times, but I turned on the option which saves some data on the hard drive! Ii have no idea why it’s defaultly off in max… it’s the best solution for huge scenes

in a few hours more updates will hopefully appear…

#412

wonderful modeling. I love what you’ve been doing. It will be a grand finally for sure.

#413

Thanks man… I hope it will be grand… but now the rendering time of the background is killing me:shrug:

ps. I hope you will win with your computer and save the data from the HD…

#414

Unfortunately my rendering stones were rendering too long and I had to stop the process… Will try to make them easier to caount for my computer… So I can only show you a fery basic test of remodelled scene. There are a few mistakes… I only show this ti give you an idea what I’m working on. The complete background for big C&C session will be submited within 24h. Now I go to sleep… Cya tomorrow!

Hey Arturro,

I like the change to the mountains and the haze is nice too , although I think I would lighten up the haze a little. Just my opinion, look forward to tomorrows render.

very nice render and terain looks really awesome and the lightinng is great:thumbsup: dont know about the haze i really like it but something doesn’t feel right maybe needs a little tweaking.

waiting for more awesome updates:bounce:

#417

I really like the rich colors you have for the desert. What you did modelling the ships was pretty cool as well, I like how you modeled various bumps along the entire surface as opposed to breaking it up into panels and detailing it that way. I like your Invader’s Fighter the best  Keep up the nice work!

#418

mmoir & Lelantos: thanks guys. This is only a test render… to see how my rendered terrain looks. Today I will hopefuly rende the stones and rocks, and correct the stars…

TKraccoon: Nice that you like it, soon more updates…

#419

Me likes the terrain detail…and texture…(maybe little darker…but that’s just me  )…hey…also if u want to givit more detail…just make some mountains taller than the rest…just a humble thought…Keep going man :bounce:

#420

thanks for your comment man. Yap, making some peaks higher it’s a good idea, now they seem too equal…
