Definately some very sound modeling.

I would suggest that the models have higher foreheads and that the corners of the mouths are a bit forward - try pulling them back into the face slightly and see how it looks. This is particularly apparent on the guy on the right, he appears to be almost whislting. I think you could correct this by bringing his top lip up a bit in the middle.

Just my thoughts, the back view is particulalry good.
