Now those look like women!
I agree with xeNillusion, ‘D’ is my favorite. It’s becuase it feels like real clothing someone would wear, and that feels the most natural. (‘C’ would be my 2nd place pick, though, just becausae i find the amount and the shape of the lines harmorious.) Good luck with it, and Happy New Year!

These are the people that I have decided on. Just a family of individuals, in a transport dome. The people of the society have seperated themselves into thier family groups (each within domes) so that no one is seperated in their travels. These transportation domes carry the familes to a larger link station (not pictured) where all of the domes combine into a traveling colony.
I like you concept it’s diiferente of the others project, there are many détail in your line art, it’s,… PSYCHEDELIC, but i hope you can paint all this éléments before the end, good work and good luck
great concept ! fun to think about such a planet that could be put to
tiny pieces and then built back again . the drawings are great too ![]()
Thanks for all of the positive comments…I am still working on the color…I will be done in time.
Thanks all.

The spiritual tones in this piece bring a nice touch to the surreal aspects of your choice in colors. Keep up the good work LaRoyce.
great work so far, it has a very epic feel, and the colour scheme is really cool. the only crit i have is that the sides of the painting seem to have a too bigger gap from the focus of the piece. and i found this space took my attention away slightly. its only a small niggle, other than that its coming along very well. keep it up
Interesting use of colour. I like how you are incoporating such a diverse specturm of colours. Keep up the great work!
nice progress…the colors are beautiful…something about the perserverance lady bugs me…her porportions seem off when she’s that small…but when i look at the large images of her she seems fine…anyhow, great job so far!
YOu have already told me what the concept was in class, so I know where you are going with this. I like it alot keep up the good work my friend. Let me borrow one of your drawings…lol just kiddin’. I’ll Holla.

This is my final coloring for the Grand Space Opera. I believe that I have produced a very original concept, and I hope that you all have enjoyed and/or been inspired by this piece.
It is a privelage to work along side so many talented artist/technicians, and to learn so much in the process. I will be posting many more images on CG talk in the near future…and I look forward to seeing all of the final pieces from this vast community experiment in the study of Space age design.
